Easter Literature-Festival
Together with Theater Kosmos and the literary magazine miromente, Hotel Schwärzler invites you to a literary festival. 46 authors who have been guests at the "Literatur im Schwärzler" series in recent years have already confirmed their participation.
On Saturday, 16 April, the whole of Bregenz will become one big reading stage. The audience will stroll from café to museum and to all the places filled with literature with free admission and listen to the texts at readings by Michael Köhlmeier, Monika Helfer, Hans Platzgumer, Benjamin Quaderer, Gabriele Bösch, Verena Rossbacher and many other inspiring authors.
In the evening there will be a big "celebration of literature" for the authors and supporters at the Hotel Schwärzler. The texts will be printed in an anthology, the sixth in a small series that so far includes the themes "The Guest", "The Journey", "The Bed", "The Bar" and "The Departure" and will be completed with this year's collection of texts "The Feast".
